"Pretty Good, But the Color Is Slightly Off"
Overall, it’s fine. The color is mostly what I expected, and the material feels about right, so no big complaints there. But of course, the shade is just a tiny bit darker than the pictures made it seem, because apparently getting the exact color online is always some kind of guessing game. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying enough that I’m taking off a star.

I got charged for my order quickly, but then it showed up way later than expected and I barely got any updates in the meantime. not a great experience and I’m disappointed.

"Promo Code Was a Hassle"
I tried using the promo code they emailed me, but checkout kept saying it was invalid even though it was supposed to still be active. I ended up waiting around for support, and after all that, they didn’t really help much. it was frustrating and felt like a total waste of time...

I do like a lot of the stuff on Mark and Graham, but my order status was sorta confusing. It didn’t update for days, so I kept having to check on it myself. Customer service did respond, but they didn’t really give me much info. I just wish they were a bit better about communicating along the way

I ordered my usual size and was a little worried it might be one of those things that looks right online but fits totally different in person. Luckily, it fit really well. It wasn’t too tight and didn’t sit weird around the shoulders, which is usually where I get suspicious. The sizing was pretty much what I expected, so I was relieved I didn’t get fooled by the listing

I really wanted to like the site, but the selection felt limited. After a while, it seemed like I kept seeing the same few items over and over, just in different colors or with initials added. I was hoping for more styles and a wider range of prices. It’s probably fine if you just need a basic gift, but I got tired of browsing quickly, especially when I felt like I had to keep explaining to myself why everything looked so similar.

"Nice bag, but feels overpriced"
I ordered a personalized bag from Mark and Graham, it did look really nice when it showed up. The quality seems decent, and the monogram was neat and clean, so I don’t really have a major complaint there. I just expected it to feel a little more special for the price. Once shipping and the extra charges get added on, it starts feeling steep. That part feels preventable, because the final cost ends up being more than you expect. I might buy from them again if there’s a good sale, but I don’t think I’d pay full price for it

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
It looked really nice online, so I was excited to get it, but it showed up in a bent box with tissue paper just kind of shoved in there. For the price, I expected it to feel more gift-ready without having to fix it myself. It almost felt like I was begging for the bare minimum, which left me a little resentful

It looks really nice, and at first I was happy with it. But the quality is just okay for the price, which was a little disappointing. I mean, it’s not bad at all, I actually kind of like it, but I’m also not sure it’s going to hold up for very long. So yeah, decent buy, but I expected a bit more.

"Wish I’d Checked Reviews First"
I ordered a gift from markandgraham and wish I’d read some reviews before going through with it. The site kept lagging during checkout, and my cart refreshed twice, so I had to re-enter the personalization each time. It was frustrating, especially for something that was supposed to be a simple gift order. The order did eventually go through, but the confirmation took a while and the shipping estimate wasn’t very clear. They do have cute stuff, but the ordering process definitely needs work.

"Birthday gift was kind of disappointing??"
I sent a monogrammed tray to my sister for her birthday, thinking it would be a nice little personalized gift. But she told me it looked cheaper than it did in the photos, and the initials were a bit off center?? So yeah, that was awkward since I meant for it to feel nicer than that. I don’t think I’d order gifts from here again.

I had to cancel my order not long after placing it, and it did go through without too much hassle. That said, I still had to put in more effort than I really wanted just to get it sorted, and the confirmation took a little while to come through. Support was helpful enough once I reached out, so overall I’d give it 4 stars.

"Still really happy with this tote"
I got a tote from Mark & Graham last year, and I don’t know, I just really love it. I use it for work pretty much every day and I’m not exactly gentle with it. It gets tossed in the car, loaded up with my laptop, snacks, and whatever else I randomly bring with me. Somehow it still looks good. The zipper hasn’t given me any issues and the handles still feel solid, not cracked or stretched out or anything weird. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest bag, but after using it this much for a year, I feel strongly that it was worth it.

"Initials turned out really nice"
I ordered a bag with my initials on it, and they came out accurate. Placed right, no weird spacing or anything. The color was a little different than it looked online, but the personalization itself was correct. Overall, happy with it.

"I really liked the clean design…"
I really liked the clean design, it has that classy look without trying too hard. I’ll admit, I kind of wondered if the photos were making the colors look nicer on purpose, but they actually looked even better in person. Overall, it feels simple, polished, and not overdone
